Rául Yzaguirre, Honorary Chair – The namesake of the Rául Yzaguirre Policy Institute, Mr. Yzaguirre is arguably one, if not the most influential Hispanic of our time.  For over 30 years he served as CEO and President of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) and is directly responsible for transforming NCLR into the premier national Hispanic advocacy organization and think tank in the country.  Most importantly, Mr. Yzaguirre is a native of the Rio Grande Valley where the Rául Yzaguirre Policy Institute is located.
