Edward Knight, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. – Before joining NASDAQ, Mr. Knight served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  In his current position, Mr. Knight is responsible for overseeing the quality of legal services across the organization, as well as responsible for government relations, listing qualifications and market regulation which directly support the Institute’s focus of “economic empowerment”.
